Iconika Accessories Return Policy
Products purchased via iconikaaccessories.com are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund for up to 30 days following the delivery date.
Please note: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. All returns must be sent back to our designated PO Box address with a trackable shipping service. We cannot be held liable for returns that do not have tracking evidence.
Return Requirements
To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn, unwashed, with original packaging & tags attached

No stains, odours, pet hair, or damage

Not a final sale item

No returns on underwear, towels, socks, or drinkware

Hygiene label attached and undamaged (where applicable)
ICONIKA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements. Rejected returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Return Outcomes

Refunds: Refunded to the original payment method once the return is received and approved.

Store Credit: Eligible orders can be returned for store credit, valid for 3 years.

Exchanges: One-time size exchanges are available (stock dependent). If a returned exchange is sent back again, only store credit will be offered.
Exchanges are processed once your return is in transit. We cannot guarantee stock availability.

Ship the item(s) back to our PO Box with a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Each return must be shipped separately (no combined RMAs).
We cannot process returns that are not lodged through our email. Missing or incorrect items in returns will incur charges.
